Documents needed for a Hajj Visa:
Original passport valid for at least 6 months from traveling date.
Non- American citizens: clear color copies of your green card - front & back. (Saudi Consulate may request the original)
Three recent passport-size photos with your name and signature on the back of the photos.
Visa Application: Please use our website to register for Hajj/Umrah, we will prepare the visa application for you. Applications can be also downloaded from here.
Original vaccination certificate for Meningitis vaccine.
If you do not have a Muslim name, a certificate indicating that you are Muslim is required.

For Ladies Traveling for Hajj:
For a husband and wife with different last names, a copy of the marriage certificate is required.
For women traveling alone without husband, brother or adolescent son, a NOTARIZED permission letter is required from the husband, brother, or adolescent son, indicating that he has no objection and permits her to travel for (Hajj/Umra) with Manasik for Hajj and Umrah group.
For women obtaining permission letter from their son that does not have the same last name; the son's birth certificate is required.
